TCFM awarded further distribution centre contracts
TC Facilities Management has been awarded the cleaning contract at a new build distribution centre in Daventry, following a rigorous tender process, TCFM is providing all area cleaning at this 980,000sq.ft general merchandise facility, located in the heartland of the distribution centre world. The company is also celebrating other contract wins.
Leading TCFM’s distribution centre sales growth, business development manager Mark Parish comments of the Daventry new build contract:
“We are delighted to have been part of this process, having the opportunity to engage not just with the client’s procurement team but with its other delivery and management partners, as they planned, constructed and mobilised a facility capable of supporting the growing non-food merchandise operations. Our successful bespoke cleaning offer, will not just ensure that the 900 plus staff who’ll be working here will do so in a clean and hygienic environment but also that it’ll be a great place to work.”
TCFM’s growth within this sector has led to the creation of a dedicated distribution centre team, led by divisional controller Steve Wengrow, supported in this instance by DC mobilisation manager Raphael Sagula.

New contracts for office and general area cleaning services at two other locations in Daventry and Rugby brings the company’s overall number of supply chain-related cleaning and FM contracts to 12, with a nationwide presence stretching from Livingston in Scotland to Arlington in Kent.
