Coverall celebrates '30 years of clean'
Coverall North America, a leading franchisor of commercial cleaning franchised businesses, is celebrating '30 years of clean', a major milestone that marks the company's 30th anniversary.
Coverall started in 1985 as a three-person company headquartered in San Diego, California and is now a leading global brand in the commercial cleaning franchising industry.
Over the years, Coverall's passion and mission have remained consistent:
'To promote economic growth and independence for a diverse group of business owners by providing franchised business ownership opportunities'.
Today, the Coverall system supports more than 8,000 franchised business owners in 90 markets with a total of more than 50,000 customers, through local Coverall Support Centres worldwide.
"30 years ago today, three people in San Diego opened Coverall's first corporate office," reminisces Rick Ascolese, Coverall CEO. "In the years that followed, Coverall experienced steady growth across the United States, which soon lead to international expansion in countries including Canada, Japan and Australia."
In 1989, the company launched the trade name Coverall Cleaning Concepts, and in 1999 relocated its headquarters to South Florida. Coverall then introduced its proprietary cleaning programme and rebranded in 2008 as Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System with an emphasis on helping reduce the spread of illness-causing germs in commercial and healthcare environments.
"Our franchisees' dedication to healthy cleaning set the bar higher and differentiated the Coverall brand from the rest of the industry," says Rick. "Coverall provides local business support and an elevated level of professional training to our franchisees through our Support Centres in every market. It's a unique model that is focused solely on supporting our franchisees' businesses."
Coverall is a leader in the franchising industry, repeatedly earning awards, such as 'Military Times Magazine Best for Vets' and '50 Top Franchises for Minorities', and gaining recognition for community outreach, training, sales, marketing and franchised business support.
