easywash365+ foam sets offer increased versatility

With the introduction of its universally applicable easywash365+ foam sets, German manufacturer R+M/Suttner has succeeded in increasing the many application possibilities of the company's foam injector family.

The stainless steel injector with high pressure foam lance, which is installed via a T-piece between the outlet of the high pressure unit and the original spraying unit, is designed in particularly for the easy, cost-effective and efficient professional cleaning of cars, trucks for shipping or food companies, and for applications in industrial foam cleaning.

The connection from injector unit to the high pressure foam lance is realised by a high pressure hose which can be specified at anything up to 40m in length. The well-proven spraying unit is used for cleaning and rinsing work.

Enormous savings in terms of both cleaning agent and time can be achieved with this system, as the foam lance holds the cleaning agent immediately available for use without the user needing to change from one piece of equipment to another.

Further, it is possible to simplify the handling of the construction and to boost efficiency at the same time by integrating two hose reels. This set-up is suitable for all common high pressure cleaning units up to 310 bar and 90 degree C temperatures.

"The employment of this special foam equipment guarantees the user a more efficient and effective use of chemistry by means of longer dwell times, says Dirk Niesen, head of sales at the company. "Thereby, the consumption of fresh water and energy can be significantly reduced and a sustainable improvement in ergonomics and safety at work are realised."
