Nanopool GmbH considerably expands presence in Asia

* Nanopool-PK_SriLanka.jpgAitken Spence launches special technology from the German Saar region in Sri Lanka. A strategic partnership with one of Sri Lanka's largest trade and energy concerns, EcoCorp Asia, and Aitken Spence, has enabled Nanopool GmbH to massively expand its presence in Asia. This means that the German manufacturer's surface protection products will be used on a grand scale in diverse living and work sectors in Sri Lanka.

Nanopool's managing director, Mr. Sascha Schwindt is confident that this cooperation offers great opportunities for both sides. "With a yearly turnover of more than one billion dollars, Aitken Spence is exactly that kind of powerful and trustful partner we desired to sustainably establish our state-of-the-art technology in Asia", he says.

"The Nanopool protection system of Liquid Glass, being 500-times thinner than a single human hair and harmless to humans, animals and the environment, can be applied on different surfaces such as metal, wood, ceramic, plastic or textiles.

It keeps away dirt, bacteria, corrosion / rust, mildew and scratches.

"Thus, cleaning and replacement costs are reduced, production processes are optimised and hygienic conditions such crucial areas as kitchens or hospitals are guaranteed.

The Aitken Spence and EcoCorp Asia chairmen are sure that this "path breaking technology" will shortly be a success story in Sri Lanka and other Asian countries:

"We are always looking to invest in the future and having studied the benefits Nanopool has brought to healthcare, manufacturing, textile and other industries, we felt confident that it was a sound investment."
