Cresswell wins back high-status contract after a year away

Cresswell is delighted to have regained a high-status contract which it lost just over a year ago.

After a competitive tender process, financial products and services provider F& C Reit has now re-awarded the South London based sustainable contract cleaning company with three sites in the centre of London, in a contracty which commenced at the end of October.

Cresswell and F & C Reit have been working together since January 2005 but now, along with the one existing building which it had originally retained, Cresswell is responsible for the common area cleaning of a total of four impressive sites, ranging from a shopping arcade to a building with nine floors.

"Cresswell is delighted to be once again responsible for more of the F&C Reit portfolio," says David McLeod, Managing Director of Cresswell Office Services. "It means recognition of the high quality of work delivered by the company and we all look forward to working in partnership with the company in the future and providing a high quality and responsive service,"

Cresswell Office Services is located in Surrey Quays and was founded in 1995 by David McLeod, the current Managing Director. The company currently has both an Industrial and Commercial division and its clients come from a variety of businesses and backgrounds.
