Antony Collett strengthens ISS UK & Ireland’s Technical Services capability
ISS UK & Ireland has appointed Antony Collett as managing director of Technical Services, effective immediately. Antony joins the company's senior leadership team and will report to Graeme Cameron, chief operating officer, Operations Performance.
Antony's appointment reflects the completion of a review of ISS's Technical Services capabilities and ambitions. In this new role, he will be accountable for the function's ongoing evolution, including the development and execution of its strategy, and the continued delivery of outstanding operational performance, technical capability and customer outcomes.
Working closely with colleagues across ISS's operations and key account network, Antony will ensure Technical Services plays a central role in supporting ISS's customers, ensuring both clients and the company are well-positioned for sustainable growth and future success.
Antony brings to ISS extensive experience of leading technical services businesses within complex, customer-focused environments. Throughout his career and across several leading organisations, including Integral, Wates, Mitie and - most recently, Compass Group, he has successfully led large operational functions, improved performance, built high-performing teams and delivered significant business transformation.
"The continued, successful evolution of our Technical Services function is crucial to our company and our customers, as we work in partnership to deliver exceptional engineering solutions that bring workplaces to life,” says Graeme Cameron.
"Antony's combination of operational leadership, commercial focus and transformation expertise mean he is ideally placed to lead the continued development of Technical Services, bringing together feedback from customers and key stakeholders to strengthen our service offering and support our future growth ambitions."
Antony says he is delighted to be joining the Technical Services function at this crucial time in its journey. “By drawing on the expertise of my new colleagues, and the strengths of the broader ISS UK & Ireland team, I know we can deliver on the stretching ambitions we have for our function and its customers," he adds.
ISS has more than 27,000 employees across the UK and Ireland alone, and a presence in more than 30 countries worldwide.
