PuroClean's franchise development momentum accelerates thanks to a new generation of entrepreneurs

* Puroclean.jpgPuroClean, the restoration franchise that provides damage mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, mould remediation and biohazard clean-up services to both commercial clients and residential customers across the US and Canada, is continuing a strong year of growth with a run of franchise development milestones including a growing share of multi-unit ownership, and a franchise system that is attracting experienced entrepreneurs focused on portfolio growth.

"Growth like this doesn't happen by accident,” says Steve White, President of PuroClean. “It happens because we've built the operational infrastructure to support it. “Whether it's a franchise owner adding additional territories or scaling towards record-setting sales, our job is to make sure the systems, training, and support behind them can grow just as fast as they do."

Nearly half of all PuroClean franchise owners (44%) now operate multiple units, reinvesting in the brand as they scale. Just this year, 20% of PuroClean's unit growth has come from existing franchise owners adding territories, signaling strong confidence in the business model and the opportunity to scale within the PuroClean system.

PuroClean entered 2026 on the heels of a record-setting performance, with a franchise owner surpassing $20 million in gross sales from a single location, a milestone that reinforces the strength of the brand's unit-level economics and the scalability of the PuroClean model. Results from the brand's onboarding and support programs are showing success across a broader group of franchise owners as they scale their businesses.

• New franchise owners reach their first job in an average of 45 days and those who enter the system without an employee make their first hire in an average of 27 days through the brand's PuroLaunch Program
• Franchise owners with a dedicated sales representative average $1.4 million in revenue, with the top 10% average $5.9 million.

Brandon Mangual, vice president of franchise development, explains:

"PuroClean has always been a needs-based business, and that is especially compelling for experienced operators looking to diversify their portfolios. We already have successful franchise owners who came to PuroClean with experience operating brands like Dunkin', Subway, Hand & Stone, and Pizza Hut. We're building on that momentum by introducing more multi-unit business owners to restoration as a strategic vertical integration opportunity."

Founded in 2001, PuroClean is a diverse, network of over 500 North American franchise locations, each independently owned and operated. With a commitment to respond within two hours, the professionals at PuroClean are thoroughly screened, insured, and trained in following the latest cutting-edge cleaning and restoration standards and practices.

PuroClean is actively seeking enterprise builders, multi-unit operators, and franchisees from the QSR, retail, hospitality, home services, construction, HVAC and plumbing sectors interested in adding a scalable, high-margin restoration business to their portfolio
