ISS extends and expands contract with the Fulham Road Collaborative
ISS has further strengthened its partnership with the Fulham Road Collaborative (FRC) in the UK, comprising of Chelsea & Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. The expanded scope of the contract has an annual value of approximately DKK 100 million.
Under the contract, ISS will deliver a broad range of integrated services across three major hospital sites. These include the Chelsea and Westminster site, which is rated 'Outstanding' by the Care Quality Commission - the independent regulator of health and social care services in England - as well as The Royal Marsden, a world-leading specialist cancer centre.
The services include cleaning, waste management, linen & laundry services, security, portering, patient catering, retail catering, reception and private patient services.
The contract has a duration of five years, with an option to extend for a further five years. It will take effect in Q2 2026.

Together, we're creating a partnership that can become a blueprint for healthcare service excellence for years to come."
