Phil Jones appointed sales director at Prochem Europe
Popular industry figure and former head of sales & training, Phil Jones, has been appointed sales director of Prochem Europe. Phil brings to bear in his new role, more than 28 years in the industry, spanning practical cleaning, sales of janitorial supplies and manufacturing.
He joined the company from a Prochem distributor in April 2006 to take on sales management in the Home Counties and East Anglia. Under Prochem founder Ron Tilley, he went on to acquire an in-depth knowledge of cleaning training and became an instructor on the company's popular training courses.
Phil's undertaking later expanded to develop and manage the Prochem distributor network, in the UK, the EU and the Middle East.
"I'm excited to have a role in helping grow Prochem into its second half century of business,” he says, “driving new sales opportunities via the solving of cleaning problems, providing technical support and training, with the right product for the right environment."
Phil looks forward to taking Prochem's rapidly developing sustainable agenda to market and reassures customers that he will also remain "hands-on" with demonstrations of machines and chemicals.
