CCS Facility Services announces dedicated Education Division and key leadership promotions

* CCS-Facility-Services-Education-Division.jpegDenver, Colorado-based CCS Facility Services has announced the formal launch of its Education Division, a strategic expansion designed to meet the unique needs of educational institutions nationwide. It will focus exclusively on delivering high-quality custodial and facility services to colleges and universities as well as K-12 schools and districts, reinforcing the company's commitment to creating clean, safe and healthy learning environments for students.

As part of this development, the company has promoted two outstanding sales leaders, both of whom are former educators themselves:

Meghan Santella has been named vice president of education and strategic accounts. Boasting a wealth of experience in strategic partnerships and education-focused solutions, this former educator has a master's degree in education from the University of Notre Dame. She has led CCS Facility Services' efforts in higher education and K-12 partnerships, consistently delivering exceptional results and building lasting relationships with school communities.

Katrina Neal has been promoted to business development manager, education and strategic accounts. After a decade in the classroom, Katrina joined the company in 2024 and has played a pivotal role in expanding its footprint in the education sector. Her strategic insight and dedication to partnership development have made her an invaluable asset to the team.

"Our Education Division is built by educators, for educators," says CEO Troy Coker. "Meghan and Katrina exemplify the passion and expertise that define our approach to service. Their leadership will ensure that our education clients receive the tailored support they deserve."

The Education Division will operate with a mission to elevate custodial standards in schools, recognising the critical role that clean environments play in student success, faculty wellbeing, and overall campus culture.

Meghan says:

"Clean schools strengthen community, belonging, and support both operations and school culture. This dedicated Education Division embodies our commitment to listening, innovating, and investing in communities. By applying educators' insights to facility services, we create solutions that enhance school environments and foster success."

With a proven track record of retention among education clients and a growing presence in schools across CCS Facility Services' footprint, the company says it is poised to become the premier facility services partner for educational institutions nationwide.
