Known for ‘driving the future of sustainable innovation in security and facilities management’, the event brings together more than 600 industry leaders, 50+ exhibitors, expert speakers, innovators and senior decision-makers from across the cleaning, security, and facilities management sectors to collaborate and explore the latest technologies, futuristic strategies, sustainable solutions and emerging trends shaping the industry's next chapter.

Innovation Lab 2026 will once again operate as a fully carbon-neutral and sustainably produced event, demonstrating how progress and the planet can thrive together. Every aspect of the Lab, be it production, operations, travel, or event logistics to supplier partnerships, will be delivered with an unwavering commitment to bringing a positive change and setting a benchmark for green innovation within the support services industry.

"Innovation Lab 2026 is about pushing the boundaries of what's possible," says Paul Evans, chief executive officer of Carlisle Support Services.

"We're bringing together the brightest minds, the most transformative technologies and forward-thinking organisations to make our industries smarter, cleaner and greener. The Innovation Lab 2026 will be our most dynamic and exciting yet, shaping the future of how we work, live, and care for frontline staff while going beyond ideas to deliver meaningful change."

The event will explore a range of forward-looking themes that are shaping the future of support services. Delegates can expect an inspiring line-up of expert speakers, live demonstrations and future-focused discussions addressing the most critical themes facing the sector today. The event will showcase real-world solutions for building greener, carbon-neutral operations while highlighting how emerging technology including AI and robotics enhance safety, efficiency and human potential.

Attendees will gain insight into people and technology integrations, inclusive approaches to facilitate operational excellence, as well as tangible strategies to enhance resilience and drive social value.

With over 50 cutting-edge exhibitors and countless interactive sessions designed to spark collaboration, the Innovation Lab will inspire delegates to think boldly, act sustainably and embrace change. Carlisle is offering the opportunity for attendees to engage directly with innovators and be a part of insightful discussions, enjoy networking opportunities and uncover breakthrough solutions that support both business success and environmental stewardship.

Spaces are limited, and early registration is strongly encouraged to secure attendance. Exhibitor and partnership opportunities are also available through the website.

The Innovation Lab has fast become one of the UK's most respected forums for knowledge sharing and influential gathering across the support services landscape. The event promises to deliver its most ambitious programme yet, celebrating the power of technology, people and sustainability to transform how essential services are delivered across the UK.
