BSCAI announces 2025 Clean Awards and Scholarship recipients

* BSCAI-event.jpgThe Building Service Contractors Association International has announced the recipients of the 2025 BSCAI Clean Awards, which demonstrate the best in excellence among building service contractors (BSCs) and categories. The winners were chosen by the BSCAI Awards Committee made up of individuals from member companies, and the recipients - ranging from new members to business leadership - will be recognised at BSCAI's 2025 Contracting Success (CS25), November 11th – 13th in Las Vegas.

Each year, BSCAI acknowledges and celebrates the achievements of individuals and companies within the industry and recognises their contributions to our organisation and the industry as a whole.

The BSCAI Cleaning for HealthAward, presented by ProTeam, honours BSCs that have Cleaning for Health programs, a cleaning regiment that helps reduce the levels of allergens and asthma triggers in indoor environments. A Cleaning for Health program consists of policies, procedures and training that emphasises the impact on the health of building occupants and staff in addition to equipment that reduces building contaminants and minimises environmental impact. This year's winner is 4M Building Solutions.

Since 2015, the Skip Marsden Education Excellence Award has been given to companies that promote leaders from within their organisations and who demonstrate an overall commitment to growth and development by investing in education and training for their employees. This year's awardee is MSNW.

The Arthur C Barraclough Company Community Service Award recognises companies for their volunteer effort for charities and the community, and BSCAI donates to a charity of the winner's choice on their behalf. This year's awardee is Mark's Cleaning Service (pictured).

The James Harris Sr. Industry Service Award has honoured long-term service to the Association by a company not engaged in building service contracting since 1976. This year's recipient is Spartan Chemical Company.

Other company awards include the Safety Awards (given to companies of all sizes with the best safety records), the New Member of the Year Award, and the Image Awards (given to companies in one of three size categories that have excelled in enhancing the image of their business and how customers view the industry).
