AHCP to mark 50th year with anniversary conference and party
To mark its 50th year, British Cleaning Council member the Association of Healthcare Cleaning Professionals, (formerly known as the Association of Domestic Management) is holding a celebration on Friday, 1st August, at the Macdonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham.
Free of charge for past and current AHCP members, the event will start at 13:00 and finish at midnight. During the day there will be a small conference, branch portals and mini exhibition. The evening celebrations will start at 19:00 with hot food, followed by the Association’s ‘Anniversary Awards’, fun packed entertainment and DJ.
Interested in joining the Association? The AHCP represents managers involved in all aspects of healthcare cleaning in all public and private sector services. Its members are drawn from organisations and sectors such as:
• NHS and private hospitals and clinics
• Primary care sector surgeries and clinics
• Care and nursing homes
• Central and local government organisations
• Education and training establishments
• Cleaning contractors
• Independent facilities management services providers
Within these organisations, members are drawn from many different departments and areas with a direct role or supporting involvement in the delivery of cleaning services:
• Cleaning and domestic services
