Samsic broadens service offering in Ireland through Ailesbury Services’ acquisition

Samsic, a major European player in integrated business services, has acquired Ailesbury Services, strengthening its position in Ireland. 

Already active in Ireland since 1977, primarily through cleaning services, Samsic is now accelerating its development in the country by integrating Ailesbury Services, a leading provider of cleaning, security and support services in Ireland. 

This acquisition marks a strategic step forward, enabling Samsic to expand its range of expertise and enter the security services market, in any location on the island of Ireland, including for the first time in Northern Ireland. 

Founded in 1989, Ailesbury Services has built a solid reputation for delivering high-quality services in both the private and public sectors. With over 750 employees, the family-owned business, operates throughout the island of Ireland with its head office in Dublin. 

In 2025, both companies will achieve combined annual turnover of €50M.
