Goodway Technologies’ new High Efficiency Cyclone: revolutioning vacuum efficiency and safety
Goodway Technologies has launched the VAC-HEC-22-2SS High Efficiency Cyclone (HEC). This cutting-edge interceptor is designed to seamlessly integrate inline between the operator's vacuum hose and the vacuum itself, delivering unparalleled efficiency and safety.
The VAC-HEC-22-2SS utilises advanced cyclonic technology to separate fine materials from the airstream before they reach the vacuum, achieving 95% efficiency in capturing fine dust. This not only extends the life of a vacuum's filter, but also significantly expands its capacity with a robust 22-gallon stainless steel collection tank.
While designed for compatibility with a 2in. hose, other options are available since the manufacturer also specialises in providing custom sizes and can easily accommodate 3in. and 4in. inlet and outlet for larger vacuums too. The new unit provides optimal performance with vacuums producing 100-250 CFM and is fully NFPA compliant for the safe collection of combustible dust in Class II Division 1 and 2 environments. The sanitary stainless-steel design ensures no sparking by impact, making it a safe and reliable choice for various industrial applications.
"This product represents a significant advancement in vacuum technology, offering enhanced efficiency, safety, and durability," says Eric Potorski, industrial vacuum specialist at Goodway Technologies. "We're excited to introduce the High Efficiency Cyclone to our customers and partner with them to expand their current vacuum capacity."
Key features of the VAC-HEC-22-2SS include:
* 22-gallon stainless steel collection tank
* 95% efficiency in capturing fine dust
* Extends vacuum filter life
