Bin Cleaned ‘bin’ sold!
Tidy Green Clean, the commercial cleaning company servicing all of Scotland, has announced the successful sale of its bin cleaning division, Bin Cleaned, to specialist bin cleaning company Turbo Bin Cleaning, owned and operated by Simon and Sara Ledinski.
The sale, which includes the trade and assets of Bin Cleaned, represents a strategic move for Tidy Green Clean as it continues to focus on delivering high-quality commercial cleaning services across Scotland. At the same time, Turbo Bin Cleaning - a family-run business with bin cleaning at the heart of its operations - will ensure continued service excellence for existing customers while introducing new offerings in the future.
TGC established Bin Cleaned to provide professional domestic and commercial bin cleaning services alongside its core commercial cleaning operations. Over the years, the business has grown a loyal customer base across Scotland, recognised for its reliability and high standards. By transferring ownership to Turbo Bin Cleaning, Tidy Green Clean is ensuring that Bin Cleaned customers will continue receiving top-tier service from a company that specialises solely in bin cleaning.
Simon and Sara, the new owners under the Turbo Bin Cleaning brand, are dedicated to maintaining existing service levels while also enhancing the business with new innovations and service offerings over time. As a family-run business, they aim to follow in the footsteps of TGC by keeping customer satisfaction and sustainability at the heart of their operations.

Customers can rest assured that all existing services will continue without interruption during the transition. Turbo Bin Cleaning also has plans to introduce new service enhancements over time, ensuring continued value and convenience for customers.
The sale was completed for an undisclosed amount, and Tidy Green Clean extends its best wishes to Turbo Bin Cleaning for the future.
Tidy Green Clean, which is a Registered Service Provider by the Living Wage Foundation, is a Safe Contractor and Disability Confident employer. It achieved IS0 9001, 14001 and 45001 in under three years and it was, says Andrew, the first commercial cleaning business in Scotland to achieve a Carbon Negative status via Carbon-Zero in 2021.
