France’s Lyreco strengthens UK market position; acquires Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem
French giant Lyreco has acquire Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem, two leading UK-based hygiene product and service distributors, from Diversey, a Solenis company. This represents a strategic move to enhance Lyreco’s positioning in the UK market, further expanding its presence in the rapidly growing hygiene category and driving market share growth.
Both Zenith Hygiene and Shorrock Trichem achieved profitability in 2024 and are well-positioned for continued success. By integrating their market success with Lyreco’s operational excellence, this acquisition enhances value, innovation and sustainable solutions for customers.
