CKFM poised to reshape its future
CK Facilities Management is poised for greater things, having accepted a significant investment in the business by Clece Care Services. “This investment provides us with the opportunity to reshape the future of our business and unlock greater opportunities for development,” says Ian Pether, business development director.
Adding that the decision was made after careful consideration and a thorough evaluation of CKFM’s strategic goals, Ian says: “While this transition will introduce some changes in leadership and ownership, it will also bring valuable experience to our senior management team, perfectly aligning with our company's vision, standards, and goals.”
Ian says there will be no changes to the day-to-day management and operations of the business… All staff will remain in their current positions, ensuring continuity and stability.
“The primary change will be the significant investment available to us, enabling us to enhance our services and expand our capabilities,” he explains. “I will continue to remain with the company as business development director and all our senior management, administration support and local teams will remain as before, as will the location of our London offices, warehouses, and Tamworth office.
“With the support of a large, well-established, and experienced multinational business, we are positioned for continued growth and success. We believe these changes will not only strengthen our company but also create new opportunities for innovation and collaboration.
“In the coming weeks, we will work to ensure a smooth transition and complete synergy of our administration systems to continue providing the high level of service we have offered over many years.
