OCS and Antah Group announce strategic joint venture in Malaysia
OCS has announced the formation of a strategic joint venture with Antah Group, a prominent conglomerate with a strong presence in industries including healthcare, power generation, property development, and IT & telecommunications.
By combining OCS's extensive global expertise in facilities services, with Antah Group's diverse local investments and market presence, the aim is for OCS to expand its footprint in the facilities services sector and enhance the delivery of high-quality solutions in Malaysia.
Looking at the Malaysian market, OCS sees massive growth and potential. Malaysia is growing to become the hub in Asia for education, data centres and manufacturing. With the economy developing at rapid speed, OCS believes that it can contribute and play its part in this important phase of development in Malaysia.
The signing of the joint venture agreement was witnessed by the Minister of Digital, YB Tuan Gobind Singh Deo, underscoring the strategic importance of this collaboration to Malaysia's digital and economic development.
The new joint venture will focus on delivering exceptional facilities services, with a particular emphasis on projects within the public sector. This partnership aligns perfectly with OCS's commitment to fostering growth and supporting the communities it serves.

Syarikat Pesaka Antah Sdn Bhd (SPA) was incorporated on 30th July 1974 and is the private investment holding company of the Antah Group. SPA is owned by the members of the Royal Family of the Negeri Sembilan state in Malaysia. The company is named for His Royal Highness Tuanku Antah who was the sixth Yang Dipertuan Besar (Supreme Ruler) of Negeri Sembilan between 1872 and 1888. Tuanku Antah is the great-grandfather of the 10th ruler of Negeri Sembilan, His Royal Highness Tuanku Ja'afar ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Abdul Rahman.
