Register now to attend Interclean China

* Registration-Interclean-China.jpgRegistration for Interclean China, the dedicated international trade show in China for the professional cleaning & hygiene sector – taking place from 18th -20th October in Chongqing and free to attend - is now open.

Following the successful launch of the show in 2021, this year's event will be open for the first time for international attendees - with more than 200 exhibitors, 40+ keynote speakers and more than 8000+ visitors expected. The exhibition offers the opportunity to discover the entire Chinese cleaning market under one roof.

Not only is China one of the markets with the greatest potential for growth and development, but this country is also leading the way in rapid advances in the fields of innovation, technology and AI - exciting trends which are currently being reflected throughout the international cleaning industry. Interclean China is proud to be on the forefront of these advances.

Amongst many other show highlights, the packed programme will feature two not-to-be-missed events in conjunction with Clean Hospitals Day on Friday 20th October:

• The Healthcare Cleaning Forum China (HCF) with acclaimed keynote speaker Professor Didier Pittet.
• The global launch of the Healthcare Environmental Hygiene Self-Assessment Framework (HEHSAF), hosted by Interclean China.

The Healthcare Cleaning Forum China…

Designed for healthcare experts, cleaning experts, hospital managers, infection-prevention specialists and facilities managers, the Healthcare Cleaning Forum will provide in-depth insights into current trends and the challenges affecting healthcare cleaning & hygiene in hospitals and long-term care institutions.

HCF will raise awareness, discuss best practice and explore the latest scientific research on how cleaning can have an impact on infection prevention and control in hospitals and long-term-care institutions. It is an initiative powered by Interclean and the program is developed in close cooperation with CleanHospitals.

The keynote speaker at this year's China edition of HCF on 19th October is Professor Didier Pittet (MD, MS, CBE), director of the Infection Control Programme at the University of Geneva Hospitals and Faculty of Medicine, chairman for Clean Hospitals, Geneva, Switzerland.

The Healthcare Environmental Hygiene Self-Assessment Framework…

Healthcare environmental hygiene is increasingly recognised as crucial in infection prevention and control. The HEHSAF has been developed by Clean Hospitals to help healthcare facilities to identify areas for improvement in their environmental hygiene programs as well as benchmark this improvement over time. It is also thought to be the first time that a global snapshot of healthcare environmental hygiene programs has been attempted. The tool is geared towards IPC experts and environmental hygiene managers to help them identify areas for improvement in their facilities.

With global implementation, the HEHSAF will give institutions a roadmap for improving their environmental hygiene, support environmental services staff, increase the visibility of healthcare environmental hygiene on a global level, and save lives by reducing healthcare associated infections. This unique tool will be launched at Interclean China on 20 October.

Participation in Interclean China 2023 can be accomplished by visiting the show, booking an exhibition stand or joining one of the two trade missions, the 'Explore China' tour or the 'International Buyers Tour'.
