* ISS-Oz-Gears-for-Growth.jpgISS Facility Services Australia has announced strategic leadership changes that will bolster its growth and enhance its commitment to fostering a strong organisational culture.

Elizabeth Turner, COO at ISS New Zealand, has returned to Australia to take up the position of director, people & culture for the Pacific region. In her previous role, Elizabeth played a pivotal role in driving organic growth and delivering exceptional results for the New Zealand business. Her expertise in commercial and operations excellence, combined with her dedication to empowering employees, makes her an ideal fit for the people & culture leadership position.

"Liz knows first-hand how our global people & culture strategy is fundamental for our business,” says Pacific CEO Stuart Rose. “She will continue to strengthen and implement initiatives that bring us closer to being seen as the global company of belonging by all our Placemakers."

Speaking about her new role, Elizabeth comments: "I am delighted to embrace this new opportunity. “Having led the transformation of our New Zealand business over the past three years, I have witnessed first-hand the profound impact that a strong and empowered workforce can have on an organisation's success. I am eager to bring my experience and insights to a broader scale, shaping a culture of collaboration, growth, and employee well-being across Australia and New Zealand."

Additionally, Neil Moselen has been appointed as the COO of New Zealand. Neil's extensive experience with the New Zealand business for more than 10 years, coupled with his tenure in key accounts, commercial, and operations performance, make him an invaluable asset to drive further success for the company in this region.

The appointment of Neil as COO will ensure ongoing continuity of leadership in New Zealand, fostering strong relationships throughout the business and with all key account clients. Neil's appointment emphasises ISS's commitment to supporting the success and momentum in the New Zealand business.

With these leadership changes, ISS Facility Services Australia and New Zealand solidifies its commitment to growth and empowers its people to continue delivering excellence in integrated facilities management services throughout the Pacific region.
