Analytics Dashboards live track cleaning business costs and profit
BigChange has launched a series of Analytics Dashboards to display critical business information for cleaning firms. Big-screen graphs and tables provide an instant view of performance, such as job costs, productivity, customer service, and finance.
The dashboards receive live data from across the business, including job updates from field operatives equipped with mobile devices, giving managers and staff complete visibility of all aspects of the business.
The new Analytics Dashboards are part of the BigChange job management system which incorporates a mobile workforce app, customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling, live tracking, financial management and business intelligence. As a cloud-based system, BigChange can be accessed anywhere through any internet-connected device. The dashboards give a live snapshot of business performance so are ideally suited for display on a large screen in the office.
Currently BigChange has developed 7 different dashboards covering job performance, resource utilisation, customer service, sales, invoices due, quote status and job profitability. Behind the easy-to-view graphs and tables is a comprehensive business information management system that analyses and processes data from across the business.

BigChange Case Study - CC Infrastructure
CC Infrastructure Services (CC-IS) is a rebrand of Community Clean, a specialist in surface cleaning, preparation and industrial coating. Since introducing BigChange, CC-IS has virtually eliminated paper from its mobile operation. This has allowed the company to deliver more projects with the same resource, whilst supporting growth and meeting customer service levels. CC-IS has reduced administration work by 20 per cent, cut waste by 50 per cent and has saved 10 per cent on fuel costs.
CC-IS provides clients with a detailed digital job card, including before and after photographs, providing evidence of completed works in virtual real-time. This speeds-up invoicing, reducing queries and improving cashflow and, if additional work is needed onsite, a quote can be generated and agreed straight away.
“Prior to BigChange our entire mobile operation was paper-based,” commented Andy Izzard, Technical Director of CC-IS. “With BigChange, all worksheets, timesheets, delivery notes, expenses claims, fuel receipts, etc. are produced with just a few clicks and electronically transmitted in a matter of minutes.”
Using the BigChange app, operational teams are guided through risk assessments and other paperwork whilst on-site. The flexibility of the system means CC-IS can adapt worksheets and other paperwork to its own processes and procedures. The system also provides real-time tracking with behaviour or location triggered alerts.
“We were recommended BigChange and once we had seen the way it could impact our business we haven’t looked back and we in turn recommend it to other businesses,” Andy Izzard adds. “One of the real benefits of BigChange is the flexibility to make it our own; our previous system didn’t allow us to customise workflows or documents without a huge cost and a significant time delay but BigChange is different.
