Shining a light on the cleaning industry

On 8th December, the network of the innovative, van-based cleaning franchise My Window Cleaner, jetted off to Marbella to celebrate the shared successes seen across the brand in 2022.

As the first in-person conference the franchise has held since the pandemic, it was the perfect opportunity for franchisees to reflect on a significant year and share plans and ideas for further stepping up their operations in 2023 and beyond.

With the theme of 'a family get-together', the three-day conference was the ideal opportunity for much of the current network to meet and socialise for the first time following a period of expansion throughout Covid. With most of the network never meeting face-to-face, despite regular virtual social events and masterclasses, senior franchisees were afforded the opportunity to share their stories with newer members of the network and help them conceptualise how to achieve further growth and success. With the conference contributing heavily to franchise development plans, franchisees are delighted to be considered a part of the wider franchise operations.

Karen Prewer, managing director and founder of My Window Cleaner, believes the successes shared across the network in 2022 will continue to establish the brand as one of the most progressive cleaning franchises in the UK.

* Outstanding contribution to the MWC network: Will and Kerry Hayton, Buckingham & Brackley
