Agenda announced for sixth edition of Forum ISSA Pulire

* issa-pulire.jpgThe speakers of the ISSA Pulire 2022 Forum have been announced. The sixth edition of the congress dedicated to integrated services will address issues which more than others are influencing our present and, above all, shaping the future of this sector.

Illustrious professionals and experts, from both related sectors and from industries far from that of services; all in some way connected to the three chosen themes… ISSA Pulire Network, organiser of the event, has created a heterogeneous program with the desire of stimulating the minds of the audience through knowledge sharing and dialogue with very different subjects because it is from the dialogue that new ideas and innovations arise.

Day 1:

Forum ISSA PULIRE will begin on the afternoon of October 18th with the theme ‘Designing for Occupational Health and Safety’. The speakers confirmed for the first day are: Cesare Damiano, administration consultant for INAIL and former Italian Minister of Labor; Walter Ricciardi, director of the Ministry of Health, full professor of Public Health at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart and member of the Pontifical Academy for Life; Piero Martello, prosecutor, former president of the Labor Court of Milan and director of the magazine Lavoro Risorse Europa; Luigi Sbarra, secretary general of the Italian trade union CISL; Lorraine Larman, CEO Safety Solutions, a company based in the UK specialising in training for safety in the workplace; Patty Olinger, executive director of GBAC, division of ISSA, who developed the GBAC Star accreditation program to guarantee the healthiness of the places where we work and transit every day.

The first day will end with the usual Gala dinner which represents a moment of relationship and networking. The location chosen for the evening is Galleria Meravigli, an Art Nouveau jewel located in the heart of the city of Milan.

Day 2:

The second day opens with the theme ‘The Value of Memory and the Building of a Civil Conscience’. Among the confirmed speakers are Raffaele Bruno, professor of Infectious Diseases at the University of Pavia and head of the San Matteo hospital in Pavia, who treated the first Covid-19 patient from Codogno, (the first Italian town to enter lockdown because of Covid); Franco Arminio poet and writer, with him we will retrace the drama of the Irpinia earthquake(1980), one of the most destructive in Italy's recent history: Moni Ovadia, Italian actor, singer, musician and writer - in his artistic and literary works he transmits the memory of the Jewish tradition people, which the dictatorships and totalitarian ideologies of the 20th century wanted to cancel; Giordano Bruno Guerri, writer and historian; Paolo Crepet, psychiatrist and sociologist, who will explain how our mind intervenes on memory to protect us in extreme circumstances like those just mentioned.

The congress will close in the afternoon with the theme ‘Integrated Services Management Under the New Normal’ which will see the presence on stage of Lynn Webster, consultant and trainer for ISSA; Giuseppe Milanese, president Confcooperative Sanita '; Stefano Cervone, CEO Next Re SIIQ SpA; Avril McCarthy, general manager ICCA (Irish Contract Cleaning Association); Lorenzo Mattioli, president of EFCI and president of Confindustria Servizi HCFS; Michelle Marshall, publisher of European Cleaning Journal; Lara Paemen, CEO of IFMA EMEA (International Facility Management Association).
