Talented employees reach lofty heights
Principle Cleaning Services prides itself on recognising and rewarding talent - hence the promotion of the window cleaning division's Fabio Silva and Pawel Kochan, to the positions of general manager.
Fabio, previously senior operations manager, has been with Principle for 16 years and began his career as a cleaning operative. Pawel's time with Principle spans more than six years, with him having first joined as site supervisor.
Fabio and Pawel are jointly responsible for the 'vertical operations' at the company, with Fabio specialising in rope access and Pawel in software and innovation development.
