New business development manager for Incentive QAS

* BDM-Incentive.jpgIncentive QAS has appointed Bryan Haley as business development manager to further support the ongoing development of the company following its growth over recent years.

Bryan will be supporting the commercial team with all new business development opportunities, as well as the delivery of the Incentive QAS sales strategy. He will assist with all lead generation and act as bid manager for all new business opportunities. The role also includes ownership of the company CRM system and Incentive QAS tender platforms.

Bryan joins Incentive QAS from GSF, where he has gained 13 years of industry experience in a variety of roles. He headed up business development on a national level over the last few years.

"It's an exciting time in my career to join Incentive QAS,” he says. “My previous experience and training from the development scheme has provided me with the skills and confidence to tackle this role.

"Having initially started as a cleaning operative and progressed through various management positions, I have great operational appreciation which means that I can truly understand our customer requirements and provide solutions that will address all of their needs."

David Brown, commercial director, Incentive QAS, says of Bryan’s appointment: "This is a unique time for the cleaning industry as organisations transition back to the office environment. With his grass-roots understanding of the industry and enthusiasm to succeed Bryan will make a great addition to Incentive QAS."
