Ecoserv group makes key senior management appointments
Ecoserv Group has expanded its senior management team as part of its ambitious growth strategy and to support its diversification into new service areas.
Dees Maharaj and Kevin Dippenaar have joined the company as chief sales officer (CSO) and finance director respectively to support Ecoserv's business development, operational diversification, corporate governance and future acquisitions.
Dees Maharaj (pictured) brings over 15 years of experience within the facilities services sector to the role and will become an important part of the Ecoserv Executive Board. He joins from Bidvest Prestige in South Africa, where he was the chief sales & marketing officer, having previously been national sales & marketing director for Servest SA. His primary objective will be to build a robust sales team to deliver organic growth through new business development and the cross-selling of the expanded service offering.
Kevin Dippenaar will be tasked with strengthening the financial structure and controls of the business to achieve high levels of corporate governance, while also supporting Ecoserv's future mergers & acquisitions activity by ensuring effective due diligence. He has held a number of senior roles for businesses in the financial services and insurance sectors, most recently as group financial controller of Brightside Insurance. Prior to this, he was financial director at Baigrie Davies Lifesearch and Ascent Insurance Brokers Corporate.
