Submissions now open for ISSA Pulire Verona's 'Product of the Year'
Submissions are now open for the 'Product of the Year ISSA Pulire 2021', a competition designed to draw attention to and reward the development of innovative solutions, ideas, and designs in the industry.
The second edition of the competition will be celebrated during ISSA Pulire 2021 in Verona from 7th to 9th September 2021.
Participation is reserved exclusively for companies participating in the Show as exhibitors and co-exhibitors: Italian and international companies that manufacture machinery, accessories, mechanical, electrical and electronic devices, equipment, chemical products, paper, textiles, cleaning cloths, systems and services for professional cleaning.
The Award aims to use the objective assessment expressed by the jury to certify that the selected products for the nomination can meet the following criteria:
- Technical quality
- Functionality and ease of use
- Economic/Energetic efficiency
- Technological progress
- User benefits
- Innovation strategy
- Social, ecological and economic sustainability
Information related to how the candidate project has contributed in the fight against the pandemic in terms of strategies and procedures will be a plus and a crucial factor in the decision-making process.
"After the successful first edition of the Product of the Year Award, and after such a difficult year, we want to reward and recognise the importance of our sector as a necessity for our existence," says Toni D'Andrea, CEO of ISSA Pulire Network.
"The organisation has always held a keen interest in stimulating, incentivising and promoting the study and commitment of the companies in research and performance."
Products that have already been submitted to award competitions held in previous trade show events are still eligible to be entered into the competition.
The jury will be comprised of highly regarded experts in the industry and international institutions. Judges will assess the products submitted no later than 15th August 2021, based on the documentation provided. Each participant can submit a product to nominate (a limit of three products per exhibitor).
The winner will be awarded in Verona, on the afternoon of the first day of ISSA Pulire 2021.
