L'Occitane contract award for Indepth

* L-Occitane.jpgIndepth Managed Services has been awarded a contract with international retailer, L'Occitane en Provence, to deliver window cleaning services to 85 of its retail stores across the country, plus daily cleaning services at its UK head office in London and flagship store on Regent Street.

L'Occitane en Provence, commonly known as L'Occitane, is a prestigious international retailer of body, face, fragrances and home products and has shops in over 90 countries around the world.

Since the company opened its first UK boutique on London's Regent Street in 1998, L'Occitane has gone from strength to strength. Selling its luxury products, whilst supporting and promoting causes and charitable organisations which connect with its brand and client base.

In September 2020, Indepth was invited to participate in L'Occitane's tender process. The contractor was successful in its bid and shortlisted to present to the L'Occitane procurement and operations teams - and was subsequently awarded the contract.

The window cleaning element of the contract will be delivered by Indepth's sister company, Incredible Window Cleaning, whose teams will provide managed, streamlined and comprehensive services that include high and low-level window cleaning and additional ad hoc services, such as fogging and deep cleans.

Indepth, which has been established since 1978, is used to working with prestigious brands like L'Occitane. Over the years it has grown in reputation and size and has established a solid national presence within the sector.

Indepth has a policy to ensure that it employs all of its operatives on a contractual basis and will therefore self-deliver the cleaning contract at the Regent Street flagship store and London head office.

Director of Sales, Andy Smith, comments: 'We are thrilled to be given the opportunity to work with L'Occitane and deliver different cleaning services throughout its UK operation.

"We want to ensure that through our bespoke communication system, which we operate in our UK Hub, and strong contract management, that L'Occitane receives a streamlined, unified service - which is something that many companies are looking for today."

We hope to build a longstanding relationship with the team at L'Occitane, assist them with other associated service requirements and be at the company's side as it continues to prosper.

Purchasing Manager, Rachel Meckes comments: "We were very impressed with Indepth's tender submission and we are looking forward to building a partnership with the company!"
