99Point9 Hygiene appoints industry expert to its board

99point9 Hygiene, the technology company producing the automated door handle disinfecting system approved by the US Environmental Protection Agency, has announced the appointment of Keith Baker to the company's board with immediate effect.

Keith has over 50 years' experience in the cleaning industry, and from 2008 to 2016 was Director of EMEA Services for ISSA.

Keith has also been involved with the Cleaning & Hygiene Suppliers Association and helped with the introduction of accreditation schemes in the UK, designed to maintain high quality cleaning and hygiene standards throughout the marketplace.

Keith provides support to companies on recruitment, business strategies and M&A - and his appointment reflects 99point9's global ambitions. As the company continues to expand internationally, Keith will advise the executive management team on its global go-to-market and sales strategy.

Keith has worked for a number of international companies and founded his own company - Baker Hygiene & Health Care Supplies in 1989 - a highly successful and award-winning distributor. He started his career at Unilever in the industrial detergents division and has also held senior roles with other UK manufacturers.
