Bristling with determination!

Doug Cooke, chair of the Cleaning & Support Services Association and executive chairman of Principle Cleaning Services, is once again taking part in Movember and growing his moustache to raise funds for, and raise awareness of, men’s healthcare needs - and he needs your donation.

Movember is the leading charity aimed at changing the face of men's health, focusing on mental health and suicide prevention as well as prostate and testicular cancers. Since its beginnings in 2003, it has funded more than 1,250 men’s health projects around the world, challenging the status quo, shaking up research and motivating men to take action for their health.

Doug says his motivation is to encourage men to be brave and get the digit prostate test done – and while I’m not 100% sure what this is, I’m wincing anyway. You can support Doug at:
