Bin wash app now live!
Ever the innovator, Morclean has developed a new bin wash app available as a free download. Now live on Android (Google Play Store) with IOS (Apple) to follow soon, it is designed to assist bin wash operators in organising their cleaning rounds, plan their journeys, know what's been cleaned that week and much more - whoever's equipment they use.
Operators can add customers to the app manually or import them via the spreadsheet template provided. Customers can be grouped into rounds; rounds can be grouped into larger groups if the operator so wishes.
Morclean has kept the system very flexible, to let its operators choose how they prefer their work to be organised.
Although the app can currently be downloaded by anyone (with a Morclean or competitor's machine) there will soon be a free upgrade using a Google voucher system, just for operators of the Morclean machine.
"No more paper or complicated spreadsheets!" promises Morclean director Peter Morley. "We recognise that everyone has their own way of organising their own business. We've kept the system very flexible, to let you choose how you like your work to be organised.
"It's easy to mark customers as completed/paid. Once customers are marked completed/paid, totals are calculated, allowing you to easily see how much you have earned and how much you still need to collect. It is easy to see when the customers were completed last, and when they are next due to have their bins washed.
"Message your customers at the touch of a button with personalised or group templates: let them know you are coming, that you've cleaned their bins, or remind them of outstanding payments.
