Tennant UK launches 'Instant Assist' live-video service support
Customers who need immediate technical support for their fleet of Tennant and Vaclensa cleaning machines can now use the company's latest innovative service support tool 'Instant Assist'.
'Instant Assist' is a live video chat system which allows customers to visually speak to one of Tennant's technical experts, allowing both the customer and engineer to assess the machine and find a resolution in real-time.
With the current issues surrounding lockdown and on-site visits from external parties, 'Instant Assist' means any problems faced by a Tennant, Vaclensa or Decarbonizer customer can still be resolved without the need for a technician or engineer to physically visit the customer site.
