OCS Group marks 120-year anniversary with 'Partnership Made Personal' and full brand refresh

* OCS-120.jpgAs the company hits the milestone of its 120-year anniversary, OCS Group has announced the launch of 'Partnership Made Personal'. The new brand promise encompasses the Group's values and enshrines its commitment to work in partnership with customers to help them achieve their goals and improve the experience of their customers.

'Partnership Made Personal' is being launched alongside an exciting and modern brand refresh that will see a new look and feel, more reflective of its values and priorities, rolled out across the business.

"OCS is a people business and our values of Care, Safety, Trustworthy and Expert are our DNA," notes Bob Taylor, CEO for OCS UK, Ireland & Middle East. "They represent us at our best.

"Our values guide everything we do and 'Partnership Made Personal' is our commitment to our customers. As a business we have reviewed and renewed our focus to ensure that we are delivering expert solutions, that add real and tangible value, and that are delivered with care."

The new OCS brand promise is the culmination of three years of strategic business review. The work has resulted in the reorganisation of the business's structure and sharper focus on its future strategy.

Beyond customers, 'Partnership Made Personal' is also a commitment to OCS colleagues all over the world. Recognising the contribution every person at OCS makes, Sheila Newton, managing director, Government comments: "We celebrate our colleagues who place our values at the heart of their day-to-day roles and our new brand promise includes our partnership with them.
