Bluewater management impressed with Incentive FM's work

The management team of Bluewater, Europe's leading retail and leisure destination, has been so impressed with Incentive FM's operational delivery and strategic management over the past three years, that it has awarded the independent facilities management company, a new five-year contract.

Under the terms of the contract, Incentive FM is continuing to deliver a full portfolio of security, cleaning, M&E, concierge, landscaping, management and administration services at the 240-acre Bluewater site.

Since the start of the strategic partnership with Bluewater, Incentive FM has consistently adapted its services to fulfil the needs of the centre. This has included providing innovative solutions, continuous improvement and added value by engaging with, and supporting, the development of the skill set of the 300-strong team that works on site.

Incentive FM has a long affiliation with Bluewater, working in the early days prior to the centre opening as FM consultant and advisor to the landlords.
