Sani-Marc's acquisition of Alpine Specialty Chemicals is fourth transaction in six months

Established 50 years ago, Canadian cleaning and sanitation specialist Sani Marc Group is continuing to grow with its recent acquisition of Ontario-based Alpine Specialty Chemicals - its fourth transaction in less than six months.

Sani Marc manufactures and distributes cleaning and sanitation products for a wide range of customers primarily in the commercial, institutional, industrial, food & beverage and pool & spa maintenance markets. In 2018, the company produced approximately 55 million Kg of sanitation products and fulfilled some 200,000 orders.

Alpine manufactures and distributes warewashing and laundry products primarily for the food service, hospitality and healthcare markets, as well as offering a complete range of related equipment and maintenance services, serving its Ontario customers through branches in Chatham, Kitchener, Orillia, Ottawa and Sudbury.

Sani Marc also offers floor maintenance equipment that boosts employee productivity and lowers cost of ownership.
