GumBusters reports 'remarkable' response to launch of GB Eco cordless dry steam machine

"As this year's Cleaning Show draws to a close, the response to the launch of our latest cordless dry steam machine for gum removal - the GB Eco - has been nothing short of remarkable!" said GumBusters shortly before the show ended.

"Since the launch of the GB1 in 2015 (the world's first battery powered dry steam unit) our cordless machines continue to go from strength to strength and the GB Eco is no exception!

"Both machines have been drawing interest from a range of visitors to the exhibition, but specifically the GB Eco has already proven itself popular with those operations limited by accessibility. Given the reduced size of the GB Eco, it is much more ideally suited to these applications whilst retaining the robust and instantly recognisable stainless steel body of the larger GB1."

Both machines operate on 12 volt batteries and are able to run for up to 5 and 2.5 hours respectively. The Eco version features all of the same characteristics as its larger team mate; cordless, quiet and simple to use, both units require one overnight charge and operate using a simple Start/Stop system.

The GB Eco is ideally suited to any applications where the smaller size of the machine means it can be easily used in confined spaces yet the robust caster wheels ensure this remain a multi-terrain machine and it can just as easily follow the GB1 outside. Both units feature robust wheels with a brake function that will tackle uneven ground with ease and the accessory storage basket ensures you can take a full days-worth of consumables with you.

Both machines are ideal for use during the day and in densely populated areas; they are both virtually silent while in operation and will not cause any nuisance or disturbance. Battery technology for removing chewing gum could be just the tip of the iceberg for the cleaning industry. With the potential to rewrite the cleaning rules and completely change the current state of the cleaning industry, the GB1 & GB Eco are said by many to be the most cost-effective & fit-for-purpose units in the market today.
