Veltia's latest recruit is no stranger to the company

Veltia has welcomed a new business development manager to the fold, in a relationship that almost comes 'tried and tested'. For Miles Davies is no stranger to Veltia, having worked in partnership with the hand dryer supplier for the past two years whilst with his previous employer Rentokil-Initial.

Miles worked at Rentokil-Initial for eight years; first as a sales consultant and latterly as a sales manager which also meant him being involved in the Sales Academy where he would train and mentor new recruits,

"I am very excited to be joining Veltia as business development manager," he says. "I have and have always been impressed by the company's innovative products and customer support; which set it apart from any other suppliers I have worked with previously.

"It was these qualities that led me to move to Veltia, as well as the excitement of joining a prosperous, forward-thinking organisation. I believe that the skills I have acquired over my career to date mean that I can add value and experience to Veltia.

Matt Anderson, Veltia's managing director, is equally pleased. "We are very excited to have Miles on board," he says.

Miles is a graduate with over 10 years' sales experience. He read History and Marketing with International Business Studies at Liverpool University. Having moved around the country a lot in recent years, he has now settled in Birmingham.
