End-to-end hygiene and infection control reduces HCAIs and improves patient safety
GV Health will launch a range of integrated solutions for end-to-end infection control, waste management and patient safety at Arab Health 2018, which takes place from 29th January to 1st February in Dubai.
End-to-end solutions enable healthcare providers to deliver co-ordinated, robust and more sustainable hygiene, healthcare waste, practitioner protection and patient safety services in both acute and non-acute settings.
Integration of infection control, waste management and safety systems with end-to-end solutions directly contributes to improved performance standards and better patient outcomes. Reduced levels of healthcare acquired infections, lower emissions, more efficient management of healthcare waste and improved practitioner and patient safety are the main benefits experienced by healthcare providers.
Developed during 20+ years working with the UK's National Health Service and in over 30 other countries, GV Health solutions on display will include high level healthcare disinfectants and sterilisers, emergency sanitation and water purification systems, as well as specialist waste bags to facilitate more efficient waste sortation, handling, tracking and disposal, together with a world leading range of spill kits for healthcare infection control and public health and safety. In the area of safety consumables GV Health's range of aprons, tabards, personal protective equipment and emergency kits for patient and provider safety will be available.
