Major contract win for Tomcat
Working in partnership with one of its dealers, TomCat says it is delighted to be able to announce a major contract win that saw the rollout of 36 floor oscillating scrubber driers and sweepers to a well-known, blue chip company.
Featuring Zero3, Tomcat's unique on board & on demand aqueous ozone system, the scrubber driers where selected not only on their performance but - and equally as important - sustainability.
The oscillating system provides up to 70 % water savings and up to 40 % longer pad life which by itself provides substantial benefits. Zero3 adds to this by negating the requirement for chemicals by cleaning with Aqueous Ozone, in turn reducing the consumable spend over the life of the contract.
No packaging materials and associated costs, no transportation mileage and no manual handling... Not only is it more beneficial for the environment, it is safer for the operatives too.
The oscillation system itself has the added inclusion of variable speed at the scrub head, which allows the operative to utilise the machine for routine cleaning, chemical-free deep cleaning and diamond polishing.
Building in versatility across different flooring types and applications is core to TomCat's ethos.
With adjustable brush pressure and rotational speed, the Carbon disc makes light work of ground in dirt and soiling. Its lockable adjustments mean it can be switched easily between both deep and daily cleaning tasks.

To work productively diamond pads and tooling require both a combination of speed and weight. The TomCat range suits this perfectly for both marble and Terrazzo with packages available for HD concrete polishing also.
