TAS Environmental Services makes Delmar Disposal second acquisition in 2017

TAS Environmental Services, a Fort Worth, Texas-based environmental services provider, has announced the acquisition of Dallas-based industrial waste services provider, Delmar Disposal.

Delmar is TAS's second add-on acquisition in 2017 and follows the acquisition of Water Kleen Services in May. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Delmar Disposal, founded in 1988, provides environmental and industrial services including wastewater disposal, tank cleaning, grease trap cleaning and related services. Delmar operates a wastewater treatment and recycling facility and was recently recognised by the City of Dallas as a Blue Thumb Award recipient for its contribution in improving the water quality of the Trinity River.

TAS provides a comprehensive suite of environmental services including, among others, industrial services, emergency response, remediation, transportation, pipeline and terminal services. TAS operates in Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas.
