FM sponsor brings the ultimate facility service to the FM Forum - its own pub

FM innovator, Salisbury Group, has created its own solution to the end of a hot day for participants and speakers alike, attending the FM Forum event in Manchester this week.

To slate their thirst and refresh themselves, attendees will head for the iconic Principal Hotel's basement pub, converted by the headline sponsor into 'The Salisbury Arms' for the duration of the event.

Forum Events has transferred its event-management expertise up to Manchester for the first time. "Manchester is the place to be for senior facilities & procurement professionals to source service providers and to understand the FM Industry," says FM Forum's Luke Webster. "This week is a very special 20th Anniversary FM Forum, and we're delighted the innovative Salisbury Group is bringing its own pub to mark the occasion."

Gan Preston, facilities manager for the NHS, Grampian, and Mark Whittaker the chair of British Institute of Facilities Management North Region, are amongst the keynote speakers at the accompanying seminar programme.

Held twice a year in London and Manchester, the FM Forum is an important event for senior professionals who are directly responsible for facilities management within their organisation, and the suppliers that provide the best products and services to the sector. It consists of one-to-one business meetings, interactive seminars and valuable networking opportunities.
