Citron Hygiene acquires Workplace Essentials

Toronto, Canada-based Citron Hygiene (formerly Cannon Services), has acquired Workplace Essentials, a washroom and workplace hygiene company, headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.

This is Citron Hygiene's second acquisition since its ownership change last April when it was acquired by Birch Hill Equity Partners in partnership with president and CEO, Peter Farrell. Last September, Citron Hygiene acquired Sani-Service, a Canadian national service provider of washroom hygiene and commercial warewashing systems.

"As the largest washroom service provider in the US, this acquisition is a powerful first step in our overall North American and global build.
