Dramatically improve field manager productivity with Templa Mobile v2
If TemplaCMS is a driver of operational efficiency and financial savings in your organisation, it's Templa Mobile that gives your field managers finger-tip command of their site responsibilities and unlocks the benefits of improved client satisfaction.
With the release of v2, TemplaCMS has introduced its second generation app and a range of new enhancements and benefits.
Handling the day-to-day activity of a typical cleaning site puts a heavy burden on field managers when they are covering payroll and general employee admin, staff training, materials and consumables ordering, periodic schedules, one-off/ad hoc cleans, quality auditing, health and safety compliance, equipment, PAT tests, etc. All these tasks that used to require reams of paperwork and trips to and from the office can now be done on site using a mobile device.
Templa Mobile v2 has been designed to provide field managers with instant access to their sites' data from two perspectives:
Site Manager - this delivers all information about their authorised sites and access to outstanding transactions that require their action.
Employee Manager - this delivers all information about the employees working on their sites, their planned rosters and access to forms for existing or new starter employee data capture.
A live Internet connection is not required to view information or perform tasks, meaning that Templa Mobile can be used anywhere and at any time. Quite simply, the next time your field manager connects to wi-fi, all new information captured on the mobile device and any changes generated on the server relevant to the field manager, will be synchronised.
Templa Mobile is designed to work on a wide range of devices, including phones, tablets and desktops, deployed on the iOS and Android platforms.
