Grosvenor Services hosts European conference in Dublin, sharing FM best practice
Grosvenor Services hosted an event in Dublin recently where European facilities management companies exchanged ideas and shared best practice. Grosvenor Services is part of European Customer Synergy, a network of FM partners that supports pan-European FM contracts - all of whom belong to the top five suppliers in their national markets, representing major FM and support service companies.
The conference was attended by the directors of the FM organisations which form the ECS network. These industry experts shared expertise in the management of services for pan- European contracts. Attendees also discussed strategic direction in light of recent major growth and successes for ECS and Grosvenor Services.
Facility services including building and grounds maintenance, security, cleaning and catering are essential to the efficiency of every business and ECS is one of the leading providers for facilities management across Europe.
The benefits for clients of ECS are that local services are delivered at a local level to consistent standards of quality, communication and service, across borders.
