I thought you'd like to know that two ISO (international) standards are in preparation for facilities management services. These are:

ISO 18480-1 Facility Management - Part 1: Terms and definitions
ISO 18480-2 Facility Management Part 2: Guidance on how to prepare Facility Management agreements

The drafts are now available for viewing and/or comment before they are finalised at the British Standards drafts website, which can be found at www.drafts.bsigroup.com

You have to register to view them, but they are something many of your readers may be interested in, and the more comments received, the better the final standards are likely to be.
