Affordable Cleaning Services relocates to revamped local premises

* Affordable-Office.jpgSuccessful Bristol-based cleaning company, Affordable Cleaning Services, has announced a move to a landmark local property, which it is refurbishing as part of a several hundred thousand pounds facelift.

Priding itself on hygiene excellence and competitive pricing, Affordable Cleaning Services provides a comprehensive range of cleaning solutions and support services to a wide range of industries including manufacturing, government buildings, pubs, restaurants, hotels, schools and offices.

The renovation is a labour of love and will see the company allocating over £250,000 of its own finances to bring the neglected city centre building back to its former glory.

The property will be transformed from a crumbling eyesore into a thriving multi-levelled business hub that Bristolians can be proud of. The fourth floor will be a dedicated in-house training centre, ensuring Affordable Cleaning Services staff are at the absolute top of their game while the third floor will consist of a social area for staff to relax in between shifts. The second floor will act as accounts, sales and management offices while the ground floor is manned by an attentive customer service attendant ready to greet clients and offer quotes and personalised help.

Uninhabited for over seven years, the building will be restored over a six month period and is a testament to the company's dedication to expanding its services and providing state of the art facilities for its valued members of staff.

Celebrations will be in full swing for the grand opening with the company lining up Somerset based British Scrumpy and Western band, The Wurzels to give a special performance at the event.

"We're very excited about the move into a new headquarters," says the company's CEO Spencer Delbridge. "We're confident that this entirely self-initiated and funded expansion will be hugely beneficial to the Bristol community, offering over 200 new employment opportunities to unskilled workers. This will relieve pressure on government benefits hand-outs and help get Bristol citizens into meaningful employment. The project and its results are an inspirational example of how a growing economy has the potential for a direct positive impact on wider society."

Established in May 2009 with a recorded profit of £45,000, Affordable Cleaning Services has enjoyed good growth. The 2014 financial year will see the company emerge with revenue of just under £1 million, making it a true success story of how to beat the financial recession.

Since its humble beginnings, the company has had the honour of receiving several awards, granted in recognition of its continued dedication to excellence in service and standards. The company has an impressive list of well-known clients under its belt including Marriott Hotels & Resorts, Boots and the Gloucester City Council.
