Triangle Services receives US nationwide CIMS-GB Certification

Triangle Services' Janitorial Division has achieved CIMS-GB (Cleaning Industry Management Standard-Green Building) certification from ISSA. This designation covers all janitorial locations throughout the US, ensuring the company's clients receive a consistently highly-quality service.

CIMS-GB certification applies to management, operations, performance systems, and processes. Compliance with the numerous standards demonstrate a janitorial services provider's ability to deliver consistent, quality services designed to meet customers' needs and expectations. It sets forth processes, procedures, and supporting documentation proven to be characteristic of customer-driven organisations.

The evaluation process focused on six areas of management and best practices, including:

* Quality Systems
* Service Delivery
* Human Resources
* Health, Safety and Environmental Stewardship
* Management Commitment; and
* Green Building (GB)

As such, CIMS-GB certification demonstrates an organisation's capability to assist customers in achieving LEED-EBOM (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design for Existing Building Operations & Maintenance) points. Furthermore, Triangle is able to offer clients assurance that the organisation they have selected is prepared to partner with them in the LEED process, which was developed by the US Green Building Council to provide building owners and operators with a framework for identifying and implementing practical and measurable green building maintenance solutions.
