Vectair Systems: giving 'in kind'

* Vectair.jpgIt is always nice to be associated with charities that are well deserving of help, and Vectair has in the past supported a number of charities that fit this description.

One such organisation that Vectair tells us it was pleased to offer a donation to during July, was 'In Kind Direct', which redistributes surplus goods from manufacturers and retailers to over 3,600 charities across the UK, such as hospices, women's refuges and youth projects.

The charity was extremely grateful to receive a donation with a recommended retail value of over £36,000 in products from Vectair, especially as it currently has an urgent demand for cleaning and household products and essentials such as surface cleaners, soaps, cleaning cloths and disinfectants. With funding cuts, rising costs and increasing demand, its need to supply to charities relying on its service has never been greater.

In Kind Direct was founded by HRH The Prince of Wales in 1996 and is one of The Prince's Charities, which is the largest multi-cause enterprise in the UK.
