Sparkling out from the crowd, new company offers a sparkle clean service

* Sparkling.jpgAfter years of being instructed to sell homes that were sometimes less than perfect in their presentation, Tina Pearce, a former new homes sales director and her husband Mike, have set up Sparkles Southern.

Sparkles Southern is a specialist company focussed on providing a comprehensive cleaning service for new homes developers and housebuilders. Based near Horsham in West Sussex but with a nationwide team, Sparkles Southern operates across the UK.

Tina, who until recently worked for the Spicerhaart Land & New Homes and before that for Countrywide and Halifax says: "Having worked in sales for more than 20 years, within some of the UK's top estate agencies, I fully appreciate how important first impressions are in the new homes industry. Showhomes and stock units must be pristine at all times in order to create the right impression to the homebuyer."

Having worked closely with developers for years, Tina maintains she fully understands the problems of getting homes ready both for launches and for completion. "We know how important it is to be flexible and understand that things won't always be completely finished so nothing fazes us; we also offer an emergency response service that means we can be ready at the drop of a hat! We've seen everything and cleared up after everything!"

The company has already undertaken projects for Millwood Designer Homes, Garrick Homes, Kidbrooke Homes and United Trust Bank in 2011 and is expanding its team during 2012.
